What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily job site operations, ensuring safety protocols are always followed.
• Operate and train others on various hardscape equipment and tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring projects are completed to design specifications.
• Coordinate work schedules, deliveries, and materials while staying on budget.
• Solve on-site challenges quickly and professionally.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of experience as a Hardscape Lead Foreman – you know your way around construction sites.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and drawings – you bring projects to life.
• OSHA knowledge and safety-first mindset – keeping the crew and job site secure.
• Valid Driver’s License – you can reliably get to job sites.
• Physical stamina – you’re hands-on and ready to work!
• Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a plus!
