TWM Welcomes Peoria-Based Mohr & Kerr Engineering to the Firm Peoria, IL - TWM, Inc., one of the top engineering and geospatial firms in the metro-east St. Louis area, is proud to announce that Mohr & Kerr Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C., of Peoria, Illinois, has become part of TWM. This strategic addition strengthens TWM’s presence in central Illinois and the Midwest, significantly expanding the firm’s civil engineering, land surveying, and geospatial service capabilities.
The addition of Mohr & Kerr brings 18 new employee-owners to TWM, including several licensed Professional Engineers (PEs) and licensed Professional Land Surveyors (PLSs). The expanded team also includes support from crew chiefs, CAD professionals, and engineering designers/assistant project managers, adding depth, capacity, and technical strength across multiple disciplines.

For the near term, both firms will continue operating from their existing Peoria-area office locations while TWM evaluates options for a future, consolidated space large enough to support the combined Peoria team.
