Oak Mesa Properties LLC leased 3,000 SF at 216 Frank Scott Parkway Suite 10 in Swansea IL to State Beauty Supply (dba Saloncentric of Swansea) to move their existing beauty supply business. BARBERMURPHY represented both parties.
 
159 Properties, LLC leased a 1,600 SF office suite at 4509 N Illinois Street in Swansea, IL to Northwest Home Care, Inc. DBA Abcor Home Health, Inc.  BARBERMURPHY represented the Tenant.
 
Retail Two, LLC leased at 1,192 SF retail suite at 4215 S State Rte 159 in Glen Carbon, IL to West Solutions, LLC d/b/a FASTSIGNS. BARBERMURPHY represented the Lessor.
 
Schaefer Properties, LLC sold two manufacturing and distribution buildings (66,524 sf total) at 1 Gemini Industrial Dr in Roxana, IL to Klemme Capital Investments, LLC. BARBERMURPHY represented both parties.
 
Lincoln Place Centre LLC leased a 3,000 SF restaurant to Frida's Cocina LLC at 823 Lincoln Hwy in Fairview Heights, IL to open a new Mexican Restaurant.  BARBERMURPHY represented both parties.
