Our favorite virtual assistant, Heather, is here and ready to assist you. Heather is now live to receive phone calls from our Contact Center, offering 24/7 support in addition to helping answer your questions via chat from our website and via online and mobile banking.

Heather serves as an extension to our awesome Contact Center Representatives who you know and trust, and who continue to be available to assist you, should you need them.
