Wage scale: $17.00–$24.00/hr | Full-Time

Clinton Manor in New Baden, IL is hiring passionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our growing team! Provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with developmental disabilities and high medical needs in a supportive, rewarding environment.

Open Shift: 1:30 PM–9:30 PM, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities:
Support daily living activities like bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and social engagement. CNA experience is welcome and can count toward certification hours. Not DSP certified? Ask about our paid training program!

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must obtain IL DSP certification and CPR (healthcare provider level).
