Job Description: Controller at PremierU

PremierU is a collaboration of multi-disciplinary physicians and healthcare experts with a modern approach to medicine. PremierU is seeking a skilled and experienced Controller to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations and ensure the financial health of our clinic locations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial activities, including accounting, financial forecasting, reporting, and budgeting

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, quarterly and annual cash flow forecasts

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve internal controls

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes

• Lead, mentor, and support the billing team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in revenue cycle operation

• Collaborate with department heads on budgetary matters and financial performance and strategic decision-making

• Coordinate with external professionals to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and tax requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience preferably in healthcare accounting

• Strong knowledge of healthcare financial operations and revenue cycle management

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
