Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for a "Jack of All Trades" who thrives on variety and takes pride in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-kept facility. As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for general building upkeep, routine and preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting a variety of systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general building upkeep including carpentry, painting, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems
• Plan, execute, and complete work orders, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
• Troubleshoot electrical/pneumatic systems, read wiring diagrams, schematics, and PLCs
• Maintain and repair forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure maintenance operations meet production needs

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building maintenance and multiple trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
• Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLCs
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Basic computer skills for documentation and work order management
• Forklift certification required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay Range: $22-32 per hour, based on experience (BOE)
