Description
Come celebrate the completion of the St. Clair County Transit District Bike Trail System link between Wingate Subdivision, Shiloh (North of Southwestern Illinois College) and Scott AFB. It was completed earlier this year.
The whole idea of the trail system is to help people connect to the MetroLink stations and to provide a recreational opportunity.
