Pest Control Lead Field Technician - SEASONAL

Mosquito Joe of Metro East IL
Job Description
Are you looking for a real change?  A job that offers certification in a professional career?  Do you feel you have worked your way to a point where you want to take the next step towards leading others?  Are you tired of being held back or being disappointed when the next man up is only promoted due to favoritism or nepotism?  At Mosquito Joe we offer a professional career opportunity where you become licensed and certified to provide mosquito, flea, and tick treatments to ensure Outside is Fun Again!  We have a professional and customer-oriented team that continues to improve how we do business and service our customers.  We need someone to help extend this customer service by leading and mentoring Technicians while becoming proficient in this trade.

Mosquitoes, Fleas, and Ticks have a very quick reproductive cycle and often carry diseases like West Nile, Zika, and Encephalitis.  Our service helps protect our customers, their pets, and children from these diseases and provides an alternative to citronella candles and spraying chemicals on their skin and clothing to prevent the bites of mosquitoes.  We perform recurring services and offer all-natural and synthetic solutions.  We service the entire Metro East area of St. Louis and entering our 4th season in 2019.  We expect our customer base to grow significantly this next season and the years to come which means we need to increase our staff and offer career advancement to help take our franchise to the next level. Mosquito Joe has been recognized by many top magazines as “Top 100 Franchises,” “Best Places to Work” and “Fastest Growing.” If you enjoy the outdoors, being independent, and mentoring others while interacting with customers, come join our team of professionals and allow us to expose your strengths and bolster your capabilities to lead a team of field professionals while boosting your resume for the next rung on your career ladder!
