Full-time Marketing/Office Assistant

BARBERMURPHY is an established commercial real estate company based in Shiloh, Illinois looking for a Full-Time Marketing/Office Assistant. Candidate must be detail oriented, able to communicate effectively with brokers and clients at all levels and complete their tasks accurately and in a timely fashion. Must be able to work independently while still taking direction and following office processes and procedures. The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude and the ability to manage several ongoing projects simultaneously. Candidate should always be on the lookout for new ways of performing their tasks, be proactive and anticipate the needs of others.
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Creating Brochures, Flyers and editing existing marketing material (Minimum 2-year experience using Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint).
  • Edit images, create floor plans and create aerial images for marketing materials. (Minimum 2-year experience using Photoshop)
  • Answering incoming phone calls and transferring to the appropriate party (familiarity with the downstate Illinois area a plus)
  • Data entry into CRM System, BARBERMURPHY website and various marketing platforms (familiarity with Crexi and Catylist a plus)
  • Organizing and updating existing databases and word documents
  • Other Administrative Tasks
Qualifications:
  • Must be a highly detail-oriented individual
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency with Dotloop, Zipforms, Dropbox and/or other cloud-based document management systems and Commercial Real Estate Marketing Platforms desired
  • SEO Experience a plus
